East Boston, MA; completed 2025 | We had the opportunity to design this unique building in collaboration with Trichilo Development. This project was one of the last buildings we filed under the previous zoning code, so we needed to balance the concerns of the neighbors with compliance to the old zoning regulations while also considering the anticipated changes. Fortunately, because Joe excels at connecting with the community and addressing their concerns, the entitlement process was quite smooth. The first-floor features two units and a lobby that connects to both the rear parking area and the sidewalk. Each of the upper floors contains three units, and the top-floor units include roof decks nestled within the sloped roof.
