224 W Ninth Street was another great opportunity to work with Elevated and bring 6 units with 5 parking spaces to South Boston. The duplex style units on the upper floors are the jewel of this building with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that make the space feel light and airy. The mix of materials, colors and window patterns on this facade create an interesting, dynamic building.
