250 Lee Burbank

Revere, MA; under construction | The renovation and reconstruction at 250 Lee Burbank Highway in Revere is our first fully commercial building and came about as organically as so many of our other projects. A little over a year and a half ago, this client reached out to us to redevelop their current headquarters in East Boston to take advantage of the beneficial zoning changes there. We dove into that project and started the approval process to convert that building into twenty-eight new transit-oriented home. Just a few months after that, the client asked us to help them convert this prominent building in Revere into 12,000 square feet of office space to complete their relocation. Through the design process, the existing structure was deemed unsalvageable and the project adopted to demolish the existing and build the new structure to the same footprint and building envelope. The program will include sales offices, training, conference rooms and open and enclosed office space. We’ve received approvals and a building permit is applied for.
