East Boston, MA; completed 2021 | 347 Maverick, in Jeffries Point was a great challenge. We had to continue the trend that had been started by other talented architects in the area and live up to the quality that Elevated expects of their projects. This nine unit, nine parking scenario sits at the corner of Maverick and Ardee, with two big facades that are broken down to match the scale of many of the neighboring homes. And a use of rich materials and large windows broken down at a human scale really helps bring this together.
