Leominster, MA; completed 2024 | 34 Tremaine St., located in Leominster, is our first (and only) project that has utilized historic tax credits to redevelop an existing building for a new purpose. We extend our sincere thanks to Epsilon Associates and Cougar Capital for their unwavering support and patience in navigating the complex process of obtaining the necessary credits to make this project a reality. Working closely with them, we transformed this former factory, which most recently served as a warehouse, into 17 new residential units. It is truly fulfilling to breathe new life into an important piece of the neighborhood’s historic fabric and to create some remarkable homes in the process.
