The site for this renovation project is less than a mile from downtown Providence settled between major transportation lines of the railroad and I-95. An old casket and textile factory, this existing mill building was transformed into twenty-three condo units utilizing and amplifying its existing character to create individual units that feel timeless. The interior finishes celebrate the exposed brick, the dropped wooden beams, and industrial conduit through minimal applications and muted colors to create a dichotomy of high-end living within a more rustic envelope.
