East Boston, MA; completed 2024 | Overlooking Piers Park, the Channel, and Seaport, this three-family building is an experiment in intergenerational living. The builder purchased the adjacent apartment building, which included this corner lot. Inspired by the location and views, he decided to create a home for himself, his wife, and their future family. The second floor is designed as two one-bedroom units but will function as in-law suites for the time being, allowing visitors to stay for extended periods, and maybe eventually age with family.
