804 Hyde Park is the first project that we helped navigate through Boston’s Small Project Review Process, and construction will soon be underway. This 4 story building will have 34 residential rental units, car parking, resident bike parking, visitor bike parking, a blue bike station and a communal roof deck with adjacent club room.
