804 Hyde Park

Hyde Park, MA; under construction | After a 2-year effort of working with the BPDA, presenting at neighborhood meetings, and a collaborative back-and-forth between us and the client, our first project to completely go through the Article 80 Small Project Review process was both BPDA and ZBA approved in 2021 and commenced construction in 2025. The project will bring 34 residential units to the Hyde Park neighborhood on a prominent intersection (American Legion Hwy + Hyde Park Ave). The design itself has gone through multiple iterations in order to respond to feedback from the city, neighbors, and the client. The process involved more contextual and formal studies in order to arrive at a design that best fit the unique site and its surrounding area.
