Somerville, MA; completed 2024 | Sometimes, our projects are quite simple. We take a beautiful home that has fallen into disrepair and collaborate with a developer to modernize the interior while improving the exterior. In this case, the attic space is transformed into a spacious primary suite featuring two walk-in closets. The four bedrooms on the second floor are reconfigured to include better closet space and a larger family-style bathroom. The previously compartmentalized first floor is opened up to create a wide kitchen, living, and dining area, complemented by a grand staircase. Additionally, the unfinished basement is transformed into a large family room, gym, and laundry room.
That’s exactly what we accomplished here.
