Arlington, MA; completed 2024 | This project is relatively straightforward, involving the revitalization of a single-family home. We added two large dormers to the top floor to transform the low-ceiling bedroom and office into a primary suite, along with two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. As a result, we were able to convert one of the main floor bedrooms into an open living, kitchen, and dining area while still maintaining a bedroom/office and a full bathroom. In the basement, we created a family room and a laundry room adjacent to the garage, utilizing what was previously unfinished storage space.
