Dorchester, MA; under construction | This project initially began as a new construction to maximize density in an area in need of family housing. Through the community engagement process, the building was redesigned to preserve the architecturally rich existing structure. With some trade-offs, the new design kept its family-oriented approach with majority three-bedroom units and on-site parking within an envelope that expands the existing detailing and character.
