We worked with CORE Investments on transforming an existing tenant space into a cafe with an updated exterior focusing on signage, repairs, lighting, and awning. Through an in-depth collaborative process, the interior developed through numerous design meetings sharing precedents, sketches, material palettes, and spatial visualizations. The result created a clean, modern, industrial space echoing the site’s context and harmonizing with the larger neighborhood’s industrial heritage.
