Everett, MA; completed 2023 | We began this project with Ricky and John in the summer of 2019, with the idea of providing comfortable, moderately priced units at the heart of a vibrant street in Everett. The project is close to so many things, especially transit, and we knew people would love the opportunity to live this close to everything. And the views at the top of the hill would be fantastic.

The planning and zoning boards, as well as so many others were incredibly helpful in working with us to refine the project to ensure it would bring optimal benefit to the community. And above all, we thank Jim Soper, a great man, and a wonderful servant of the City he loved. Thank you Jim, we all miss you.
