Our good friend and former colleague, Peter, built this home for himself and his wife to retire to in Vermont. The home aspired to be net zero using a combination of tight sealing and thick insulation along with roof-mounted solar panels. The new house utilized the foundation left by an existing home, upcycling the existing concrete into a new, statement design.
